Shipping Information


As every piece of jewellery is handmade to order, please allow up to four weeks for items to be handcrafted and dispatched. Please note: time scales for custom pieces vary from item to item. Your unique time frame will be discussed with you prior to purchase. Once your order has been made, you will receive an email confirming completion of your order. This email signifies that your piece is being lovingly gift wrapped and packed. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be packed and despatched. Once packed, it will then be sent using the First Class Recorded Delivery service with Royal Mail. If you have any questions regarding your order and expected arrival time, please don't hesitate to Contact Us.

Please note that during busy periods, turnaround time will be a little longer. We will always do our utmost to keep to the timescales stated but cannot guarantee them. You will always be informed of any delays to your order.

International Customers

For international customers, orders are sent using Royal Mail’s International Standard service. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Shipping times vary from location to location, so please Contact Us if you have any questions about the estimated time scale of delivery for you. If you'd like for your order to be sent using a traceable or express service, please contact us and we will provide a quote. 

Please note: your order will not be classed as lost until approximately 35 working days after dispatch, so please bear with us if you suspect that your parcel has been lost in transit.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We also cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused as a result of customs controls and checks.

Returns and Cancellations

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please Contact Us within seven days of receipt. We will always be more than happy to resolve your issue and discuss options to return your order. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning orders unless they are deemed faulty. Orders must be returned within 14 days of contacting us and a proof of postage must be obtained. Items should be returned in their original condition. Custom and personalised orders are non refundable unless faulty.

If you wish to change or cancel an order this must be done within 5 hours of purchasing, we may have already started working on your made to order item by this time, please contact us for more information.
